Just 100 metres from the house you will find the Saalach river and extensive green areas, which are ideal for walks, jogging or mountain tours. You will find a good infrastructure in the immediate vicinity: a bakery with daily opening hours - even on Sundays and public holidays - is just a few minutes' walk away. Bad Reichenhall also offers attractive opportunities for relaxation and discovery with the Rupertus Therme and the historic old town. The location is an ideal starting point for excursions in the region: the Berchtesgadener Land, the Rupertiwinkel and the Chiemgau are just as close as the city of Salzburg, the Salzburger Land and Tyrol on the Austrian side. There is ample free public parking available at the house. There is also a charging point for electric vehicles at the house. Guests can use the garden with deckchairs, hammock and shade - a quiet place to relax after an active day. There is a designated area in the garden for smokers. It offers a stylish yet cosy retreat for couples and small families. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge and separate freezer. The adjoining living and dining area is spacious and invites you to linger together. Large windows in several directions provide plenty of natural light and offer a beautiful view of the surrounding green landscape and mountains. Particularly noteworthy is the spacious balcony, which is ideal for a relaxed breakfast and offers a view of the striking Untersberg . The living area is comfortably furnished and offers several sofas with plenty of space to relax. A modern flat-screen TV with streaming function provides entertainment. There is also a generous selection of books as well as hiking and travel guides, and free WiFi is of course available. A washing machine and tumble dryer can be used in the basement of the house for a fee.
